Setchi Reiki requires direct skin-to-skin contact to remove excess electrons in our body. This method allows the body to detox on an atomic level improving the body’s own healing process’s speed and effectiveness.
What to expect: You will spend the session lying on a Setchi (grounding) mat. The more direct skin contact to the table, the better the detox, so removing as much clothing as you feel comfortable is recommended. A blanket will be provided to keep you covered and warm. While your body detoxes, the practitioner will use reiki to find and correct energy imbalances. From time to time, the practitioner will touch parts of your body (where you consent) to help energy flow. You will feel exhausted and relaxed at the end of the session. After the session, you should feel a surge of positivity and energy. Your sleep should improve, and your metabolism will increase.
